Syretta Dyson-Buesing has been with GSA for eight years and has served as Outreach Manager in the Office of Small Business Utilization (OSBU) for three years.  Prior to joining OSBU, Syretta served as Special Assistant to the GSA Administrator and worked on implementing agency initiatives.  She started her career with GSA in the regional office in New York as  a Lead Marketing Specialist, which consisted of expanding federal spend for GSA in New York, New Jersey, and Puerto Rico.  Prior to joining GSA, Syretta worked for the United States Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service for 10 years to expand US agricultural exports overseas.  Syretta attended the University of Maryland College Park, where she received her Bachelors in Political Science and her Masters in Project Management.  Syretta also has an MBA also received from the University of Maryland.
