Linda Spadaro
Deputy for Small Business, Mobile District
U.S. Army Corp of Engineers

Linda L. Spadaro has served as the Chief of Small and Disadvantaged Business Office with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District since May 2001. She manages and directs the Small Business Program for the Mobile District.

She previously served as a Contract Specialist/Administrator in the Services and Supplies Branch of Contracting Division. Assigned twice to Transatlantic Center, Wiesbaden, Germany on temporary duty, assisting in end-of-fiscal-year contract awards. She volunteered to serve as Contracting Officer, Gulf Region Central District, Baghdad, Iraq in support of the Global War On Terrorism, November 2005 – May 2006. Spadaro has been employed with the U.S. Corps of Engineers, Mobile District since 1979.

Spadaro holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting from Troy State University and is DAWIA Level III Certified as an acquisition professional.

She has received numerous awards and is an active member of the Southeastern Small Business Council.
