The U.S. Department of Treasury OSDBU is excited to host the U.S. Department of the Treasury OSDBU | Small Business Training Series & Small to Large Business Reverse Industry Day. This hybrid event will feature virtual education sessions throughout March, culminating in an in-person Reverse Industry Day on April 2, 2026.
Additionally, small businesses that are selected to participate will have the opportunity to take part in “Pitch Mania,” which will be held on select dates from April through August.
The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization assists, counsels, and advises small businesses of all types on procedures for contracting with Treasury.

Each Pitch Mania session five small businesses will present virtually a 5 minute pitch to Treasury Departmental Offices, Bureaus, Large Prime Contractors, and Industry Partners their best elevator speech about their capabilities.

1. Do you meet these qualifications?
This event is open to all small businesses that meet specific criteria. The goal of this impactful event is to align the needs of the U.S. Department of Treasury and large prime contractors with procurement-ready, capable small businesses. We are looking for firms that possess the following qualities:
Match one or more of the top NAICS Codes listed
Have required security clearances and/or proper IT Certification levels required for the contract.
Possess the needed past performance as a Prime Contractor of Subcontractor.
Be willing to abide by the Limitations on Subcontracting clause and partner with similarly situated firms to meet the 51% performance rule?
Positioned to perform the contract work, and have adequate staffing needed.
