The American Small Business Chamber of Commerce™ Welcomes Charmagne Manning as President of the Association
Manning is an experienced leader ready to take the helm of the nation’s leading small business supplier advocate association during this important time of change.
WASHINGTON, DC, (FOR RELEASE on February 5, 2025) – The American Small Business Chamber of Commerce™ (ASBCC – asbcc.org) announces the selection of Charmagne Manning as President of the national association. Ms. Manning is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience in the federal small business supplier marketplace. Ms. Manning is coming to ASBCC directly from her position as President of the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce. Both trade associations are leaders in advocating for and advancing small business federal suppliers.
The American Small Business Chamber of Commerce™ is the nation’s leading independent force working to open the doors to small business supplier contracts. ASBCC has developed a unique position within the government supplier community as a key linkage point where relationships and partnerships are fostered between small businesses, government agencies, large primes and policy makers. The association connects these stakeholders to power greater participation and success by small businesses in government contracting.
“Small businesses are essential to the U.S. economy, not only for our overwhelming prevalence but also for our significant contributions to employment, economic output, and government procurement,” states Manning. “Our role as drivers of economic growth underscores the need for continued support and advocacy. As I step into this new role, I am excited to continue championing small businesses and empowering those who lead them, this isn't just my goal; it's a commitment to building a stronger economy for everyone." Manning adds.
We invite small businesses and other stakeholders to join the chamber for our upcoming conferences and virtual meetings as we connect small businesses with numerous federal agencies and large prime contractors and host the annual ASBCC: National Small Business Federal Contracting Summit in Washington, DC on March 19-20, 2025 (http://asbcc.org/nsbfcs).
