Arielle Douglas, Deputy Director

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency

Arielle Douglas began her federal civil service career as a contract specialist with the Defense Information Systems Agency and became a warranted contracting officer with the Department of Health and Human Services. She transitioned into acquisition policy and small business program management with the National Institutes of Health. Arielle also previously served as the Associate Director for the Defense Information Systems Agency, Office of Small Business Programs. Before joining EPA, Arielle was a Senior Procurement Analyst with the General Services Administration supporting acquisition workforce policies and initiatives.

Arielle holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and Policy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
