Mr. Paul Ward is a Small Business Professional with the Office of Small Business Programs for the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) at MacDill AFB, Fl. He assists small businesses in understanding and navigating the government procurement process, and reviews USSOCOM procurements to maximize opportunities for SBs and ensure compliance with small business regulations. He has served as a Small Business Professional with USSOCOM since June 2016. Prior to USSOCOM he served as a Small Business Professional at the US Army Sustainment Command, Rock Island from June 2010-June 2016. Mr. Ward was the 2018 recipient of the Ms. Tracy L. Pinson Small Business Professional of the Year award, and the 2019 Defense Acquisition Workforce Acheivement Award – Small Business Category. He obtained his undergraduate degree from National Louis University, and his MBA from St. Ambrose University.
