Small Business Meets Category Management 5/24/18

A Forum to Address How New Models for Federal Acquisition Impact Opportunities and Outcomes for Small Business

As the federal government rapidly pushes forward to implement the President’s Management Agenda to transform the process for federal acquisition to use Category Management through Best in Class solutions, it is time for small business and other stakeholders to understand how the Small Business Act’s guarantee — that small business suppliers are provided with the “maximum practicable opportunity” before any and all contracts are awarded — will be upheld. This forum will bring together key players and stakeholders to discuss Category Management (and related activities) and address how this new model for federal acquisition impacts opportunities and outcomes for small business suppliers.

This forum is live in the DC region (invitation only) and open via web-cast to all stakeholders across the U.S. Join us as we address this important issue.
